About Us

Hey there and thanks for stopping by! We are Pete and Amy Forbis, and we love what we do! We have been married for over 20 years (woah!) and have 4 silly, loving and wonderful teenagers. Needless to say, our home has always been full, and full of fun!

It has always been important to us that our home has a special feeling to it…  a place filled with warmth, happiness, peace, calm, and refuge. Throughout our homes over the years (we’ve had quite a few adventures!) I’ve loved being able to evaluate each space and discover which pieces would fit just right to create those exact feelings. It became such a passion that I began helping friends, family, and neighbors with their homes as well!

After moving across the country from our home state of Arizona, I again found myself happily rearranging homes to optimize their potential, comfort and function… so we decided to create a way as a couple to bring it to more people and businesses in need.
 

We are thrilled to offer our home enriching services through our family company, Hearthstone Home Staging.

Why the name Hearthstone? When we were crafting company names, and we would hear the word Hearthstone, we imagined a warm gathering around the center of a home, whether it be a soft glowing fire, or a cozy kitchen table… filled with comfort and purpose. And that is exactly what we strive to bring to each home we stage: the undeniable feeling of coziness with just the right degree of furniture and accessory placement to offer optimal potential and purpose to each space.
